1. Organizer
The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Carla Testino (“Organizer”), registered at [COMPANY ADDRESS]. For questions about the Giveaway, contact: [CONTACT_EMAIL].
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [START_DATE] at 00:00 GST and ends on [END_DATE] at 23:59 GST (the “Giveaway Period”). Any entries received outside the Giveaway Period will be void.
3. Eligibility
- The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Organizer, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
a) Like the Giveaway post on the Organiser’s Instagram/Facebook account @carlatestino_peru;
b) Follow the account @carlatestino_peru on Instagram and/or the Carla Testino Facebook page;
c) Share (repost) one of the designated Giveaway posts (the specific post will be identified in the giveaway caption);
d) Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the Giveaway post; and
e) Complete the official giveaway form (Meta lead form / landing page) with accurate contact details (full name, email, phone number and city).
Only entries that satisfy all the required steps will be valid.
5. Geographic & Identity Verification
- The Giveaway is limited to Dubai residents. The Organizer will verify eligibility for the selected winner(s). The winner will be required to provide proof of Dubai residency and identity at the time of awarding the prize, which may include, at Organizer’s discretion: Emirates ID, recent utility bill, tenancy contract, or other official documentation showing a Dubai address.
- The winner must also allow the Organizer to confirm that the Instagram/Facebook account provided followed, liked and shared the required posts and tagged the required friends. The Organizer will check the IG/Facebook handle provided on the entry form for compliance.
- If the selected winner cannot be verified, or fails to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive: [DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE — e.g. 1 Carla Testino Signature Handmade Bag], approximate retail value (ARV) [PRIZE_VALUE AED/USD]. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash except at Organizer’s sole discretion. Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize is unavailable.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries that fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- The winner will be announced on [ANNOUNCEMENT_DATE] via the Organizer’s social channels and will be contacted directly via the contact details provided in the entry form (email and/or phone).
- Winner must respond to Organizer’s notification within 7 calendar days to claim the prize and complete verification steps. If a winner does not respond or fails verification, Organizer may select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.
8. Delivery & Taxes
The Organizer will arrange delivery of the prize within the UAE. The Organizer covers standard delivery costs within the UAE. Any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees for deliveries outside the UAE (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner. (Note: this Giveaway is for Dubai residents only; international shipping is not included.)
The winner may be required to provide a shipping address in Dubai and a contact phone number.
9. Data & Privacy
- By entering, participants consent to Organizer collecting, storing and using personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, notifying winners, and delivering the prize. The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy: [PRIVACY_POLICY_URL].
- By entering, participants agree that Organizer may use the winner’s name, image, social media handle, and/or city for promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Disqualification
- Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any attempt to hack, manipulate or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is prohibited and may result in disqualification and legal action.
11. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organizer and its affiliates, agents, employees and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, legal claim, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, nor for any technical failures, lost, delayed or misdirected entries, or any viruses or other technical problems that may affect the entry or selection process.
- The Organizer is not responsible for entries sent to the wrong email, invalid contact information, or actions of third parties.
12. Relationship with Meta / Instagram / Facebook
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram/Facebook). By entering, participants release Meta from any liability relating to this Giveaway.
13. Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
- Organizer reserves the right to cancel, extend, modify or suspend the Giveaway or alter the giveaway dates or selection method if fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Organizer’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, with or without prior notice.
- If the Giveaway is cancelled, Organizer will select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, where practicable.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Giveaway shall be submitted to the competent courts in the UAE.
15. Miscellaneous
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions of Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects.
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated at Organizer’s discretion; the version posted on the Organizer’s website during the Giveaway Period shall apply.
